Civil and criminal jury trials in Connecticut have been on hold since March because of the pandemic. Jury trials were scheduled to resume in early November. However, due to the recent increase in positive COVID-19 test results statewide, they have again been postponed until at least the end of the year in state courts and until February 1stin federal courts.
