$22 Million Global Settlement with Archdiocese of Hartford

Tremont Sheldon P.C. along with other claimants’ attorneys reached a $22 million settlement with the Archdiocese of Hartford on behalf of 43 clergy sex abuse survivors. This was the first global settlement that Tremont Sheldon P.C. reached with the Archdiocese of Hartford in October, 2005.
