BRIDGEPORT, CT – Ricardo Julien, 39, a Bridgeport resident and former school bus driver in Trumbull with Dattco, was arrested Monday on charges that he allegedly raped a five-year-old girl, according to police.
Julien, a friend of the girl’s family, was charged with first-degree Sexual Assault, fourth-degree Sexual Assault and Risk of Injury to a Child, reports the Connecticut Post.
The child allegedly informed her mother of what Julien is accused of doing, and police and the state Department of Children and Families launched an investigation in February, writes WFSB-TV.
Julien is being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court this month.
