Business & Marketing Manager and Client Liaison

I joined Tremont Sheldon P.C. in 2004 and became the Business and Marketing Manager in 2007. Prior to working at Tremont Sheldon, I gained much of my work experience in the technology and financial services industries. After working at several large corporations, I realized that I liked the entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller office and being able to give personal attention to each client and case.

I manage the day-to-day office operations including the website and social media, charitable events for the community, and communicating with the firm’s new and existing clients and referring attorneys. I really enjoy assisting the Attorneys with clients and being able to directly impact someone’s life in a positive way. I am so grateful that we can help people after a physical and/or emotional injury and be part of healing process and ability to move forward.

I graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Russian and Economics, I worked in the technology industry helping hospitals digitize medical records and later continued my education at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, receiving my Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Information Technology. I moved to Connecticut about 30 years ago and worked at several financial services consulting firms which gave me a great foundation for assisting clients and team members at Tremont Sheldon. I sometimes look at issues from a lens other than law which gives me unique perspective.

I am an active volunteer and member of several organizations, including: Appalachian Mountain Club, New England Airedale Rescue, National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Collegiate Education Groups, and several preservation/Audubon societies throughout New England. When I am not in the office, you can find me hiking, cooking, or gardening and sometimes training for a charity road race. I also enjoy planting the seasonal flowers outside the office and taking care of the indoor plants. It is important to me that our office feels comfortable and professional for our clients and team members because they are part my extended family – the Tremont Sheldon family.
