A Glastonbury doctor already facing a host of allegations that he sexually assaulted women who were his patients is due in Superior Court in Middletown Monday to be arraigned on new charges.

Westbrook turned himself in Sunday and posted $1.1 million bail. He is to be arraigned Monday because protective orders are to be issued on behalf of the women who made the complaints against Westbrook.
Westbrook was charged previously with sexually assaulting three patients from his time at the Community Health Center in Clinton. Police said the incidents that led to the charges occurred from 2010 to January 2012.Westbrook left the Clinton practice in February to serve as medical director of the Charter Oak Health Center in Hartford. When a permanent medical director was hired in March, Westbrook became the center's chief of internal medicine. Since his initial arrest he has been on leave from the health center. The allegations against Westbrook remain sealed from public view.
